Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated 24 October 2026.

In short

  • The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
  • Pro is paid monthly, in advance. Cancel any time — you won’t be charged again.
  • New to Pro and not happy? Ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
  • Charged twice, or after you cancelled? We refund it in full.
  • Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro at any time from Settings, or by writing to support@ozmaico.com from your account’s email address. Cancelling stops all future payments. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the month you have already paid for; after that the account moves to the Free plan and keeps its websites and data.

Refunds

Your first Pro payment

If Pro isn’t right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies once per customer.

Later payments

Monthly payments after the first one aren’t refunded for the part of the month that’s left; cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Mistakes and problems on our side

If you were charged more than once, charged after cancelling, or Pro was unavailable for a large part of a month because of a fault on our side, we refund the affected amount in full.

Failed payments

If money left your account but the payment failed, it is usually returned by your bank or the payment partner automatically within 5–7 business days. If it isn’t, write to us with the transaction reference.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the card, UPI or account you paid with, in the same currency. We start the refund within 2 business days of approving it; your bank usually shows it within 5–7 business days after that.

How to ask

Write to support@ozmaico.com with your account email, the payment date and amount, and (if you have it) the transaction reference. We reply within one or two business days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Payments already made follow the policy that was in place when they were made.
