Free AI bot analytics, built in the open

OZMAICO shows website owners which AI bots really read their pages, and how many people AI assistants send them.

Why it exists

AI assistants now read the web for their users: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and others send crawlers to collect pages, and fetch pages live while answering. Ordinary analytics can’t see any of it, because these bots don’t run JavaScript. And many “AI bots” in server logs are fakes: scrapers that borrow a famous name.

OZMAICO answers two questions: which AI bots really visited, and how many people clicked through from an AI answer.

Why it’s free

Everything is free: every feature, as many websites and domains as you like. Each account records up to 5,000 AI bot visits and visitors from AI a month, which is plenty for most websites. The bot checker and the AI bot directory are open to everyone, no account needed.

How a bot is verified

We never trust the name alone. Every visit is checked against the IP list the company publishes for its own bots (15 official lists, downloaded every day), or against reverse DNS confirmed both ways where the company uses that instead. A bot that fails is marked fake. A bot whose company publishes neither is marked “name only”, because it can’t be proven either way. The sources are linked on every bot page, so you can check our work.

Privacy

Ordinary visits are not stored. For people who arrive from an AI answer we keep the page and which assistant sent them, never their IP address. The full details are in the privacy policy.

Who runs it

OZMAICO is an independent project. It isn’t affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity or any other company named on this site.
